Mikumi National Park is near to Morogoro, Tanzania, was established in 1964. It covers an area of 3,230 km² and is the fifth-largest park in the country. The park is crossed by Tanzania's A-7 highway, you may spot an elephant, giraffe, buffalo, Burchell's zebra, sable, eland, Liechtenstein's hartebeest, lion, leopard, spotted hyena, and jackal. The Maasai are a semi-nomadic Nilotic ethnic group primarily known for their unique culture, traditions, and close relationship with livestock, particularly cattle.
