After breakfast (or after descending Kilimanjaro), depart from Arusha with your Kilibound Adventures guide and drive approximately 2.5 hours to Tarangire National Park.
Enjoy a full-day game drive amid vast savannahs, riverine forests, and towering baobabs. Tarangire is famous for its elephant herds, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, impalas, and more than 500 bird species.
Lunch: Picnic inside the park
Evening: Continue to Lake Burunge Tented Lodge or Baobab Tented Camp for dinner and overnight stay

After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the crater floor for a full-day game drive.
The crater is home to the Big Five — lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and the rare black rhino — along with zebras, hippos, flamingos, gazelles, and a variety of birdlife.
Lunch: Picnic at the Hippo Pool picnic site
Afternoon: Ascend to the crater rim and continue to Karatu, a scenic town surrounded by coffee and banana plantations

After breakfast, take a short walk around the lodge’s coffee estate, then drive back to Arusha. Depending on your schedule, you’ll be dropped at your hotel or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for departure.
