Kick-off from Nairobi in the morning, cruising through the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for a brief scenic stop and photos. Proceed on to Masai Mara, arriving at Mara Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. Settle in, breathe, act like you've never seen a savannah before.
In the late afternoon, head out for your first game drive. Expect lions, elephants, maybe a cheetah if the savannah gods are in a good mood.
Spend the entire day inside the reserve. You’ll head out after breakfast, chasing the big cats, spotting giraffes, buffalos, zebras… you know the drill. Have a packed picnic lunch out in the wild because nothing says “I’m alive” like eating sandwiches while a buffalo gives you side-eye.
