A camping safari in Tanzania offers one of the most authentic ways to experience the wilderness, where every day is filled with adventure, discovery, and the raw beauty of nature. Among the highlights of this 6-day journey is the chance to witness the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration calving season, which takes place between late January and early March in the southern Serengeti and Ndutu area. During this period, more than 400,000 calves are born within a few weeks, transforming the grassy plains into a lively nursery filled with newborn wildebeest.
