Located in Kabarole District, Western Uganda, Kibale National Park is home to 13 species of primates making it the best primate destination in East Africa. These include 1500 chimpanzees, hundreds of black and white colobus monkeys, l’hoest monkeys, olive baboons, red-tailed monkeys, red-colobus monkeys, and more.
A journey to Kibale begins from Kampala through Mityana, Mubende, Kyegegwa, Fort Portal and at Fort Portal, settle for lunch. Continue to your luxury lodge for ultimate relaxation.

Enjoy a hefty breakfast early, after, proceed to Kanyanchu Tourist Center to get briefed about guidelines for chimpanzee tracking. At 8:00am, the search for Kibale Forest chimpanzees begins with an experienced park guide expecting to last for 2-4 hours, and it includes 1 hour of magical encounter.
Chimpanzee share 98% of their DNA with humans, and it makes them our closest relatives. In addition to magical encounter with chimpanzees, lots of other primates, birds, floral species, butterflies will be spotted. After the 1 hour of magical encounter, start walking back to the lodge for relaxation, and in the afternoon, transfer to Bigodi Wetland to search for more primates, birds like the Great Blue Turaco, and other mammal. The Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary offers a typical community-based tourism experience, and your visit means you have supported their initiative.

Leave Kibale Forest National Park in Kabarole District for Queen Elizabeth National Park with scenic drive of 2-3 hours. Capture view of the spectacular Crater Lakes, banana farms, the Rwenzori Mountains of the Moon at the background, and more. On arrival, keep an eye in the surrounding as you stand a chance to spot some animals grazing at the edge of the park or at far distance.
A leisurely lunch be provided at luxury lodge and later, set off for an afternoon game drive at Kasenyi trail to see the big game, antelopes, birds, etc. You will also have a night game drive to enjoy sight of nocturnal species including elusive leopards, mongoose and etc.

Set off for a guided game drive in your luxurious 4x4 drive safari vehicle. Take the Kasenyi track, expecting to spend 2-3 hours exploring the hidden treasures of Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s 2nd biggest park with land area measuring up to 1978sq.kms. Enjoy an uninterrupted view of the big game such as elephants, buffaloes, leopard, lions, plus antelopes, warthogs, birds and others.
Retreat from Kasenyi game drive while keeping an eye on more animal species at the park. Settle for a leisurely lunch, share your stories and later, end the day with Kazinga channel boat cruise. This will take you about 2-3 hours, with higher chances to encounter hippos, crocodiles, aquatic birds etc.

Enjoy an early breakfast at the comfort of your luxurious lodge, after, meet Uganda Luxury Tours driver guide for transfer to Bwindi. En-route to Bwindi National Park. This will be followed by bush lunch, then proceed to check in at the lodge in Bwindi N/Park.

After breakfast, proceed to Bwindi Park offices for briefing about gorilla trekking rules and to be assigned to park guides, gorilla families. 20 gorilla groups are in Bwindi, but according gorilla trekking standards, strictly one group will be visited today by your group of 8 visitors. The gorilla trek in Bwindi lasts for 2-6 hours, and it covers 1 hour of a close encounter, photography and observing the gorilla daily behaviors. After, get back and get a gorilla trekking certificate and head off to the lodge to relax. Later in the afternoon, transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for evening chill.

Start your morning with an early breakfast, followed by a canoe trek and you will be visiting the Upside-Down Island. This is of the 29 spectacular islands that exist on Lake Bunyonyi and at the island, expect to explore its unique story of brewers who drowned.

Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park, home to countless antelopes, and zebras. Enjoy the splendid view of the hillside of Southwestern Uganda en-route to Lake Mburo and settle for lunch at the comfortable lodge. Late in the evening, set off for a night game drive to view several nocturnal species including hyenas, jackals, hare, serval cats, mongoose and others.

Breakfast early morning, after, embark on a guided nature walk. You will be led by an experienced park guide and you have a chance to see several wildlife on foot including antelopes, birds, zebras and then you get back to check out of the lodge. En-route to Kampala, make a stopover at the Equator crossing, one of the only points where you can take pictures while standing on two hemispheres- Northern & Southern hemispheres.
