Hiking Adventure Kilimanjaro Tarangire &ngorongoro

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your accommodation by our professional guide-driver in a comfortable safari vehicle and begin a scenic two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, your game drive begins, offering excellent opportunities to encounter large herds of elephants, prides of lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and many other wildlife species against the park’s beautiful landscapes and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch during the day before continuing your afternoon game drive. In the evening, depart Tarangire and drive to Mto wa Mbu, where you will check in at a comfortable budget-friendly lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

At 6:30 a.m., you will depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving at the crater after approximately one hour. Renowned for its remarkable wildlife density and spectacular scenery, the Ngorongoro Crater offers an exceptional safari experience with opportunities to spot elephants, buffaloes, lions, wildebeest, zebras, hippos, and other fascinating wildlife. You may also encounter elusive species such as caracals and servals, as well as the endangered black rhino in its natural habitat. Around lunchtime, enjoy a picnic at a scenic location before continuing your game drive through the crater. In the late afternoon, after your final wildlife viewing, ascend from the crater and drive to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay.

Your Mount Kilimanjaro adventure begins early, around 5:00 a.m., with pickup from your accommodation in Arusha. After a light breakfast, meet your professional mountain guide and begin the approximately 1.5–2.5-hour drive to Mount Kilimanjaro, depending on your hotel location and road conditions. Upon arrival, start your guided hike toward the spectacular Shira Plateau, situated at approximately 3,600 meters above sea level. This ancient volcanic caldera, formed more than 500,000 years ago, offers breathtaking scenery and a unique opportunity to experience the mountain without undertaking a full multi-day climb. Depending on your pace and fitness level, you may enjoy lunch on the plateau or continue toward Shira 1 Camp, Lion Gorge, and the base of the Shira Pinnacles, with impressive views of Kibo Peak and its surrounding glaciers. After completing your hike, descend and transfer back to Arusha for a well-deserved rest and overnight stay at your chosen accommodation.
