Your safari adventure starts early in the morning around 04:00 AM with pick up from your hotel in Zanzibar and transfer to the airport. At 06:00 AM you will take a direct flight to Mikumi National Park, arriving around 07:00 AM. Upon arrival, your professional safari guide will welcome you and you will immediately begin your exciting game drive inside the national park. During the safari you will explore different areas of Mikumi while searching for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests, hippos and many other animals. Around 01:00 PM you will stop for a picnic lunch inside the park surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife views. After lunch, the game drive continues in the afternoon giving you more time to enjoy the wildlife and landscapes of Mikumi National Park. Around 04:00 PM you will transfer back to the airstrip for your return flight to Zanzibar.
