Day 1 – Tarangire National Park
Depart Arusha for Tarangire, famous for its magnificent elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a game drive before heading to Karatu for a relaxing evening and overnight stay.
Day 2 – Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a morning game drive, with chances to spot the Big Five and the rare black rhino. After lunch, begin the scenic drive back to Arusha, arriving in the evening.

Your safari begins with a morning pick-up from Arusha as you travel to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s most beautiful wildlife destinations. Known for its majestic baobab trees, seasonal Tarangire River, and large elephant herds, the park offers excellent opportunities to spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and many other wildlife.
Enjoy a scenic game drive through the park with your experienced guide, stopping for a picnic lunch surrounded by the African wilderness. In the afternoon, continue exploring before departing for Karatu, where you’ll relax, enjoy dinner, and prepare for the next day’s adventure.
After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Crater and descend into the crater for an exciting morning game drive. Explore the stunning crater floor, home to abundant wildlife including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and hyenas, with a chance to spot the rare black rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch while taking in the spectacular scenery before continuing the drive out of the crater. In the afternoon, begin the journey back to Arusha, arriving in the evening.
